Luckily, I had Cassie in my corner to make the experience far less painful. If I had to use two words to describe her as your realtor they would be honest, and trustworthy. She was always very up front about every property we looked at, giving me her honest opinion on if it was a good buy, or if we had a realistic shot at getting the property. Even when the market was in such a frenzy due to lower mortgage rates, I had full faith in Cassie to help me find the right home. Once she learned more about my likes/dislikes in home preference she would put in the extra time and effort to send me specific matches which she thought would work best for me. We had to go through a lot of homes until eventually lucky bid #7 worked out. One thing she stressed I do for every bid submission was to include a home impact letter. I've never had a realtor tell me to do this before, but in the end, as it turns out, the sellers whom accepted my offer stated that letter was the reason why! Overall, Cassie made what would have been a frustrating home buying experience enjoyable, while always reassuring me we'd find the right one. I'd highly recommend the Wilson and Werner team to anyone searching for a realtor.
